 I am an Australian self-representing, glass bead artist and all the beads that you see in this store are individually handcrafted and kiln annealed for strength and durability at my home studio in Central Queensland, Australia. I predominantly use Italian Effetre and Vetrofond glass, and from the use of this glass, emerge limited edition and one-of-a-kind focal beads and bead sets. After the annealing process of the beads, each unique treasure is thoroughly cleaned of bead release so that they are ready to use as soon as you receive them.
If you see something that catches your eye in the store or my website gallery but would like a different colour or shape, please contact me, and similar beads may be reproduced to suit your requirements. I can't promise they will be the same, because that is the nature of individually handcrafted beads.... every one is unique.
To help you get to know a little more about each set or focal bead listed in the store, there is a description, that reveals colour, dimensions, hole size and shape. First impressions count… and therefore all photographs are enlarged to show you the beads in exquisite detail, so that when you unwrap your bead parcel it’s love at first sight!
